Dheeraj brings with him over 21 years of work experience of which more than 15 years is in Real Estate Investment & Development, Private Equity across India. Presently the Managing Director for Investments, he has been with IndoSpace for over 7 years.
Previously, Dheeraj spent over 8 years with Everstone group, managing the various initiatives of the group in real estate. As Executive Director of Everstone Capital Advisors, his responsibilities included identifying investment opportunities, monitoring developments, achieving financial closure and exiting projects after development
His prior work experience included stints with organisations such as HFCL and AS Associates
Dheeraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant
